Scope of Project: Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate two 20,000-gallon Hydropneumatic Tanks at Water Plant No. 2 in HCMUD 358 including power wash, abrasive blast, and recoat interior and exterior and replacement and repair of miscellaneous items; rehabilitate generator enclosure by power wash, hand tool and/or power tool clean, abrasive blast, and recoat; address drainage issues on site; repair pitted areas on access driveway with cement stabilized sand and crushed concrete; to rehabilitate the Fairfield Elevated Storage Tank including but not limited to power wash, abrasive blast and recoat interior and exterior of tank bowl and above ground piping, miscellaneous repairs and drainage improvements and; shrouding during all blasting and painting, storm water pollution prevention plan; in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
