Renovation of a mixed-use development in Osceola, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
Work of this project includes the removal of approximately 27,000 sq. ft. of existing roof membrane at the Middle School/High School and replacement with a KEE roofing membrane, with additional insulation to comply with updated IECC minimums. Additionally, approximately 700 sq. ft. of miscellaneous tuckpointing to occur across the exterior envelope, as well as some EIFS and sealant repair. Project Location: a. 800 N Jackson, Osceola, Iowa 50213 Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days following the date of the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after award in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Successful bidder shall begin the work upon contract execution and shall complete all work on or before August 15, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, re-advertise for new bids, and to waive informalities and irregularities in the bids submitted.
