Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manhattan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Well No. 7 Rehabilitation and Water Treatment project: The project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new water treatment plant building with radium reduction, install a new pump for Well #7, and provide various site/civil improvements. Project generally consists of the construction of a new building, demolition of the existing well house building, installation of a Tonka horizontal pressure filter with a Hydrous Manganese Oxide (HMO) feed system, chlorine feed system, chemical feed system, emergency chlorine gas scrubber, emergency generator, construction of a filter backwash tank, sanitary sewer connections, watermain, storm sewer, detention basin, pavement removal, pavement and parking lot construction, grading, landscaping, seeding, erosion control and all other applicable work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
