Reference Number : 0000367867 The Water Authority is requesting for bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide parts, equipment, maintenance and repair services for uninterruptable power supply (U.P.S. or UPS) as per the bid specifications. Purchase Type Duration: 4 years Option: Extensions may be exercised Question Deadline 11/19/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online : No . Questions are submitted online : No . All questions concerning this bid will be submitted in writing to the Senior Buyer assigned to this bid at josegarcia@abcwua.org. Do not contact other Water Authority employees concerning this bid. Any answers provided verbally will be non-binding upon the Water Authority. Performance and Labor/Materials Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total quoted price will be required prior to the unit being ordered. A separate payment for bonds will not be made The contract shall be awarded based on an estimate of 2500 hours of labor per year. This is only an estimate for the purposes of bid evaluations and shall not be considered binding on the Water Authority. Refer to General Terms and Conditions Section 10.6 for additional information. The Water Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this RFB if doing so may be advantageous to the Water Authority.
