Construction Management Services at-risk for Harlem High School The scope of work associated with this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ & RFP) is delivery of construction services for Harlem High School, 1070 Appling Harlem Road, Harlem, Georgia 30814 for the Columbia County School District (CCSD). At this time, it is anticipated that CCSD will contract with the selected firm for construction services for demolition, sitework and building construction. However, CCSD reserves the right to consider other contracting strategies at any time during this process. Construction services will include all elements related to site and building for the construction of the project. Work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, site work, concrete flatwork and foundations, structural steel, exterior and interior masonry, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, finishes, specialties, cooler/freezer, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical systems, and athletic facilities and interior renovations The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and formalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner will evaluate each proposal, interview the short-listed firms, make a final evaluation of the evaluation factors and make a contract award decision prior to disclosing the contents of the proposals in accordance with Georgia State law.
