The R.M. Of Lake Alma No. 8 invites tenders for loading, hauling, and spreading of gravel on municipal roads for the 2025 season. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. The R.M. Of Lake Alma No. 8 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. For further information, please contact the municipal office at 306-447-2022. The estimated haul is 12,000 cubic yards with an average 8 mile haul. The R.M. reserves the right to add or delete a portion or portions of the work from the original estimated amounts, without any change to the unit price. The bidder shall be available and have the ability to respond promptly to the request of spot graveling throughout the year, as requested by the municipality, at the same rate as specified in this tender. Bids shall be based on a flat rate per yard. State the expected start date. The spreading of gravel shall commence as soon as possible in the spring and shall be completed by July 31, 2025.
