The Town of Fort Myers Beach Seeks to Contract With a Qualified Contractor for the Construction of Improvements to the Bay Oaks Recreational Campus Located at 2731 Oak Street in Fort Myers Beach, Florida Including All Tools, Materials, Labor, Supervision, and Equipment. This Site Development Project Encompasses Various Tasks, Such as Demolition, Grading, Utilities Installation, Parking Lot Construction, Irrigation, Lighting, Electric and Recreational Facilities Construction Such as a New Multi-sport Field Use, Pickleball Courts, Loop Trail, Picnic Areas, Sidewalks, and Landscaping. The Listed Description of Work is Not Intended to Be All Inclusive and Effective Coordination Will Be Necessary Between the General Contractor Overseeing This Project and the Project Manager Executing Other Elements. The Scope is Further Defined and Detailed Within the Plans, Technical Specifications and General Conditions Associated With This Project. The Contractor is Responsible for Reviewing All Documentation Associated With This Project and Shall Be Responsible for Notifying the Town of Any Conflicts or Deficiencies During Review Which Would Affect the Contractors Final Project Costs. All Work Performed Shall Follow All Federal, State, Local, Osha and Department Mandated Regulations and Specifications for Associated Work. The Contractor Agrees to Perform All the Work Necessary to Complete All Items Listed Below. The Owner Has the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Part of a Submitted Bid.
