This would give us a total of 4 swing bays, with 8 swings. (1- Zero G Chair, 3 Toddler Bucket swings and 4- belt swings. We would look to incorporate approximately 2560 SF of rubber safety surfacing to include both the old and new swings. We would look to do with approximately 224 LF of beveled edging and not curbs. Installation is to be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time between the Town and vendor. A recommended site visit to survey the area can be scheduled by contacting Michelle Antosca, Director of Parks and Recreation 845-721-6065. A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) must be obtained and provided at the time of bid. The bidder's SAM.gov profile must be public facing. Prior to the contract, the bidder must uphold a complete, active registration with SAM.gov. Contracts cannot be signed without an active registration with SAM.gov. All vendors, contractors/subcontractors, consultants/subconsultants, etc., must be registered in the Federal SAM as well as the prime consultant/contractor and must have the standing to receive federal awards.
