Regional Water Reclamation Facility Package includes but is not limited to all work, labor, equipment, personnel, and materials necessary to complete the requirements of the proposal documents including work on WRF Above Ground Mechanical, Architectural & Finish Grade Package and WRF Electrical and Instrumentation Package for the City of Anna - Hurricane Creek Water Reclamation Facility and Temporary Treatment Facility, in accordance with the Bid Documents. No Bid proposal may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A Bid proposal may, however, be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of Bids. Each Bidder shall furnish a Bid guarantee equivalent to five percent of the Bid price (Water Code 17.183). If a Bid bond is provided, the Bidder shall utilize a surety company which is authorized to do business in Texas in accordance with Surety Bonds and Related Instruments, Chapter 3503 of the Insurance Code.
