Site work for a water / sewer project in Buena Vista, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of: Provide and install a 200 kW Diesel Emergency Generator with Automatic Transfer Switch and a Chemical Injection Vault at the Citys Water Treatment Plant, complete and ready for use. The time of performance will be 270 days. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The bid security shall be at least five (5%) of the bid. All bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract and that Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. Question Deadline 11/22/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
