For Project No. Q1851-C, comprising of a contract for Construction Work, Provide Paving & Site Piping Improvements, Buildings 26, 47, 56, 69, 71 & 72, Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, 998 Crooked Hill Road, West Brentwood (Suffolk County), NY. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $145,800 for C). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000 for C.
