The City of Burleson ("City") invites qualified contractors to submit responses to this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for the renovation of Burleson City Hall, located at 141 W. Renfro Street, Burleson, Texas, 76028. The City seeks a General Contractor experienced in projects of similar scope, size, and complexity to complete this renovation. This project involves renovating a portion of Burleson City Hall. The work includes demolishing existing conditions within a defined perimeter to the bottom of the roof deck, including removal of HVAC ductwork. This area will be renovated and finished out with new HVAC ductwork to the roof deck level. The scope also includes I.T. infrastructure updates, which will require coordination with the City's Information Technology Department.
