This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified, responsible firms to provide professional engineering services for the preparation of final contract documents, including plans, specifications and engineer's estimates for the replacement and Construction Engineering of the Mill Road Bridge over brook (ConnDOT Bridge No. #135008) and Old Long Ridge Road Bridge over stream (ConnDOT Bridge No. #135007). The City of Stamford seeks the services of a professional engineering firm, licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut, having extensive bridge and highway design experience to provide engineering services for the preparation of final contract documents including plans, obtaining all necessary regulatory permits, specifications, and engineer's estimates for the replacement of the bridges at Mill Road Over Brook (ConnDOT Bridge No.135008) and the Old Long Ridge Road over Stream (ConnDOT Bridge No.135007).
