Project Description & Scope: Approximately 3 miles of roadway shaping and grading, ditch cleanout, tree removal and other incidental A W b work. The selected bidder shall furnish the necessary equipment, transportation, labor, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work as per the Contract Documents. Each bidder will be required to submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the Treasurer of Dakota County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the accompanied bid proposal. The bidder shall include with its bid proposal an estimated start date and completion date for all work on the project. The Contractor will be allowed twenty-one (21) calendar days per mile awarded for project completion. The desired completion date of o C t d the project is May 1, 2025.
