The Contractor shall prepare, submit, and obtain the County's acceptance of a Health and Safety Plan (HASP), Work Plan, and ACM Abatement Plan prior to beginning any on-site Work. The Contractor shall also obtain all required State and local permits and provide copies to the County prior to any on-site Work. The following is a preferred sequence of on-site Work activities. The Contractor may perform this Work in a different sequence if so desired, at no additional cost to the County. The Work Plan shall include the Contractor's Sequence of Work. a. Site preparation, submittals, and site service. b. Mobilize to the Site, including the transport of all equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform and complete the Work. c. Install temporary barricades and securing site safety (if necessary). d. Install temporary facilities and utility services. e. Locate site utilities (electric, water, cable, phone, floor drains, sanitary sewer, and/or storm sewers) that would be disturbed by the Work and disconnect, cap in place, or plug. f. Abatement, transportation, and disposal of approximately 265 linear feet, and 24 fittings of friable ACMs. g. Abatement, transportation, and disposal of approximately 1,750 square feet, 3,020 linear feet, and 23 each (window glaze) of non-friable ACMs. h. Abatement, transportation, and disposal of one fire door. i. Removal, transportation, and disposal of universal and other regulated wastes. j. Demolition, transportation, and disposal of the Site building. k. Removal, transportation and disposal of asphalt parking areas, concrete slabs, concrete curbing, and concrete sidewalks l. Backfill to match surrounding grade. m. Project closeout activities. All questions regarding this ITB shall be submitted in writing and received no later than Monday, November 18, 2024, 03:00 PM EST before 12:00 PM (EST) to the Genesee County Purchasing Department as listed above.
