Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project entails renovation of the approximate 30 x60 block Town Hall building including demolition of interior wall, plumbing fixtures, flooring, ceiling tiles, and various appurtenances as defined in the drawings. Reconstruction and renovation of walls, HVAC, insulation, restroom facilities, kitchen areas, painting and flooring will be developed to current codes and ADA compliance requirements per plans and specifications. Work will include services that must be completed by licensed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractors and compliant with current state building code. The facility may be reviewed with answers to questions provided at the time or via email up until 24 hours prior to the time bids must be received. Questions will be discussed during the pre-development meeting with responses provided in writing. Any future question up until 24 hours of bid opening may be submitted to landesengineering@landesengineering.net with written responses provided to all potential bidders. Question Deadline 12/03/2024 Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise - provisions that encourage minority owned businesses and women owned businesses to bid on the project.
