The work includes installation of a new wood-framed cupola over the existing buildingskylight, including glazed curtainwall, sloping roof insulation andTPO roof membrane over composite wood roof framing, all to belet under one prime contract. A cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to theOwner in an amount not less than5% of the base bid submittedmust accompany each bid as aguarantee that, if awarded thecontract, the bidder will promptlyenter into a contract and executesuch bonds as may be required. Ifa Bid Bond is provided, the Bondmust be signed by an authorizedagent of the Bonding Companyand the agent's power of attorney must be submitted with theBid Bond.
