The work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to excavation, filling and grading under and around precast and cast in place structuresto attain the subgrades and grades indicated on the Drawings, trenching operations to install pipe, manholes, vaults, electrical duct conduit, pump station wet wells and valve pits, and otherstructures, including all backfilling, grading, disposal ofsurplus and unsuitable materials, and all related work such as sheeting, bracing and water handling. The selected turf system shall meet the following minimum requirements: A. Prior to order of materials, the Synthetic Turf Contractor shall submit the following: 1. Product and Material data, including Independent Test Lab Results, 2. Installation details, 3. Sample Warranty, 4. Field layout and striping plans, 5. Details of construction, especially any details that may deviate from plans and specifications B. Prior to the beginning ofinstallation, the Manufacturer/Installer ofthe synthetic turf shall inspect the base and supply a Certificate ofBase Acceptance for the purpose ofobtaining Manufacturer's warranty for the finished synthetic playing surface. C. Prior to Final Acceptance, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner three (3) copies of Executed Warranty Documents and Maintenance Manuals, which will include necessary instructions for the proper care and preventative maintenance ofthe synthetic turfsystem, including, but not limited to, painting and cleaning.
