Construction-Manager-at Risk (CMAR) Solids Improvements Project at the Hutchinson Wastewater Treatment Facility Description: L 3/P24-09: Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Solids Improvements Project: Replacement of aerobic digester equipment including the removal of existing equipment and installation of diffusers, blowers, mixers, and compressors. Replacement of dewatering equipment including the removal of belt filter presses and installation of centrifuges. Replacement of building air handling and heating systems. In accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 574.26 and 574.32, Payment and Performance Bonds will be required from the selected CMAR. The proposer will need to provide a Surety Letter substantiating the appropriate bonding capacity, see Section 5.3.3 for details. The City of Hutchinson anticipates short-listing two (2) to three (3) Respondents to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) and potential in-person interviews. The City of Hutchinson, acting through its authorized representatives, shall have the right to reject any and all submissions and waive any informality or irregularity contained in said submittals.
