The project generally includes the following: o Replace 2 existing variable volume multi zone air handling units at building B. The scope includes rework of connected duct, piping and electrical, and replacement of air flow control dampers, heating water coils, associated supports and hangers, variable frequency drives, and controls, new AHU controllers shall operate under existing BACNET MS/TP system for base bid. o Remove existing sidewall propeller exhaust fans and seal the associated wall penetrations. o A tab audit of the existing air handling units shall be performed before construction begins to establish a baseline comparison to post project system performance. Bid Alt 1 Replace (2) existing BACNET MS/TP AHU controllers with new BACNET IP controllers, including associated wiring and configuration for a complete and operable system. Bid Alt 2 Replace (2) existing hot water pumps. Existing variable frequency drives, controls and electrical circuits to remain and be reused. The construction cost estimate for this project is $973,721.00 - $1,024,970.00.
