This is a listing of the estimated chemical requirements for the New Regional Grand Forks Water Treatment Plant and Current Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Plant. Quantities listed are predicted averages and may be increased or decreased by the city to meet the requirements of the Water Departments. A minimum quantity is not guaranteed. All bulk deliveries at the new RWTP and WWTP shall be via an exterior fill station through a 2-inch fill line with a quick disconnect type coupling. The delivery vehicle shall be equipped with a pump, air compressor, or other conveyance system to unload the tanker. Plant air will not be available at the unloading stations. Bid product price for a one (1) year supply agreement January 15, 2025, to January 15, 2026; variations to base bid timeline must be noted at the time of bid.
