Please submit one (1) marked original and two (2) exact duplicates of the executed offer on the Bidding Form furnished in the Bid Packet, bids must be fully sealed inside an envelope when submitted. If your packet is sent via courier package ,the sealed envelope must be placed inside the courier package. The bidder's information must be clearly marked in the upper left-hand corner on the outside of both the sealed envelope and courier package.
