The pavilion will include seating and tables, new concrete floor, closed-in kitchen with plumbing for hot /cold water, stub up for future ice machine and refrigerator, water heater, windows in kitchen area, side or back interior and exterior door, prep sink, stainless counter tops, pass through counter, built in BBQ pit, wood ceiling inside pavilion, lighting, electrical service throughout, brick or stone facia support columns, and ceiling fans in pavilion and kitchen. As an alternate, the project will include a 50L x 5W walkway to the pavilion from the parking lot.
