Question Deadline 12/03/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the Districts Construction Manager, Vatsal Shah, vatsal.shah@cumming-group.com. Questions received less than SEVEN (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered The Project consists of: Modifying and upgrading the existing electrical infrastructure to improve power distribution efficiency and capacity. The scope includes connecting the existing Substation 3 to the new two-story building, installation of a new circuit breaker panel behind Substation 3, and the use of boring to create an underground electrical connection. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
