The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: o West Seacliff Area, Aptos CA Work includes replacement and rehabilitation of sewer mains, lining existing manholes, and replacing frames and covers. Pavement work is not part of this contract. Complete the work within 90 working days. The estimated cost of the project is $3,855,000.00. 1.2. Background This project will precede a roadway paving project, managed by County of Santa Cruz Department of Community Development and Infrastructure's (CDI) Roads Division. The paving must take place in summer 2025, so the West Seacliff Sewer Rehabilitation Project shall be complete by June 30, 2025.
