All questions related to the Specifications are to be submitted on the Online Q&A Board associated with the Online Solicitation. i. Questions are to be submitted individually on the Q&A Board. 1. Any Q&A Submission that contains more than one question or a list of questions in an attachment will be rejected. ii. Bidders are encouraged to monitor the Online Q&A Board associated with the Online Bid while the bid is open, all questions and answers will be published to the Public Q&A Board for review by any associated Bidder. iii. As a note, only the bidder that asks a question will be notified that it has been answered. It is the responsibility of all bidders to ensure they have reviewed the Online Q&A Board prior to submitting their bid response. b. All clarifications, revisions or changes to the bidding documents will be addressed in writing and published in OK Corral as an Amendment to the event. i. Bidders will receive an automatic notification of any amendment made to the event. ii. Bidders may access these changes by logging into their profile and accessing the Online Solicitation.
