Description

Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Alvin, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

For construction of the following described project: City of Alvin WWTP Expansion Bid Package - Instrumentation & Controls All addenda will be issued on CivCast and all inquiries or requests regarding this bid are to be submitted to George Craig, gcraig@csaconstruction.com. There will be no pre-bid meeting requirement for this package. A proposal guaranty is not required for this bid. The successful bidder may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of this subcontract agreement. This subcontract is contingent on City Council award of the Construction Manager's GMP.
