Renovation of a parking garage in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 125,388-square-foot parking garage.
FRASER COMMERCIAL SPACE IMPROVEMENTS This project consists of renovations to the existing parking garage General areas of renovation include: a. Alterations to first floor tenant vestibule (Base Bid) b. Alterations to first floor egress corridor (Base Bid) c. Alterations to second floor public toilet rooms (Base Bid) d. Replacement of selected existing HVAC equipment (Alternates 1, 2, 3, & 4) Each bid is to be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and made payable to the Borough of State College. All bids will be presented to State College Borough Council at a public meeting. Borough Council may then accept or reject any or all bids or hold all bids for a period of 45 days from the date of Bid Opening before making a decision. Bids shall remain irrevocable for 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants; in which case, bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved Nov. 26, 1978.
