Renovation of a parking garage in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

This project consists of renovations to the existing parking garage General areas of renovation include: a. Alterations to first floor tenant vestibule (Base Bid) b. Alterations to first floor egress corridor (Base Bid) c. Alterations to second floor public toilet rooms (Base Bid) d. Replacement of selected existing HVAC equipment (Alternates 1, 2, 3, & 4) Each bid is to be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid and made payable to the Borough of State College. All bids will be presented to State College Borough Council at a public meeting. Borough Council may then accept or reject any or all bids or hold all bids for a period of 45 days from the date of Bid Opening before making a decision.
