Minority-women Business Enterprise (Mwbe) Goal: 0% PRODUCTS - SPECIFICATIONS The product used shall include the following: 4.1 Custom Airfield Lighting Trailer 4.1.1 Approximate trailer length shall be seventeen (17) feet 4.1.2 Dual 7,000 lb. axles with pintle hitch and electric or hydraulic assisted brakes 4.1.3 The trailer should be at an overall maximum working height of 6' 3 1/8", not including any safety lights mounted on top of trailer. Refer to diagram for measurements. 4.1.4 The trailers ground clearance shall be no less than 2' 1 5/8" measured from the ground. 4.1.5 The trailer shall have reflective safety stripes on both sides and chevron safety decals on the rear for betier visibility. 4.1.6 Trailer fender work deck both sides not to exceed eight (8) feet total trailer width 4.1.7 Trailer floor shall be 1/8th thick steel floor plate with multiple drain holes 4.1.8 Trailer skin shall be no less than 1/8th thick steel plainng 4.1.9 Trailer is to have multiple light fixture trays, refer to diagram for size and spacing 4.1.10 The trailer is to have a mounted vice, tool tray and a steel ring to hold a 5-gallon bucket. Sizes of each TBD. 4.1.11 Trailer is to have a worktable 3O off the ground of 1/2 " steel plate on front of trailer, refer to diagram for size and location 4.1.12 The trailer is to have no less than nineteen (19) Techniq P02 LED Lights with an external switch. Light switch is to be wired to a 2nd switch integrated into the trailer plug and can be controlled within the truck cab. Refer to diagram for mounting locations. 4.1.13 The trailer will have an LED amber strobe light that will illuminate and can be seen with 360-degree visibility and work when the trailer pigtail is plugged into a truck. 4.1.14 The trailer shall have two (2) rear mounted jacks to prevent the front of the trailer from rising when a truck is not connected. 4.1.15 Color of trailer shall be chrome yellow in accordance with FAA AC 150/5210-5D 4.1.16 DFW Airport reserves the right to make any changes to the specifications, equipment, materials and locations of the trailer build, trailer diagram isn't the final rendering. 4.1.17 The trailer diagram is designed by the DFW Airport's runway lighting technicians and will be the source of communication and verification for any changes made to the custombuilt trailer.
