To provide landscape maintenance for the Arroyo Grande Creek Waterway Management Program. The scope of work includes mitigation installation activities, maintenance of the installed mitigation areas, vegetation management activities, trash and encampment clean up, and access road clearing. Understanding that this Scope of Services includes a wide variety of tasks, the District assumes that consultants may need to form teams. The term of the contract will be four (4) years from date of award. Pricing will remain unchanged throughout the term of contract The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity or informality in any proposal or in the RFP process, as long as, in the judgment of the County, such action will not negate fair competition and will permit proper comparative evaluation of the proposals submitted.
