The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFB. The City reserves the right to require additional technical information and negotiate all elements which comprise the submission to ensure that the best possible consideration be afforded to all concerned.
