Construction of Prep Kitchen Addition for the Prep Kitchen Addition to Assembly Hall Building B-3 for the Ottawa County Agricultural Society at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum proposal price made payable to Ottawa County Board of Commissioners as a guarantee that the proposal bidder will enter into an acceptable contract. In addition, a Performance Bond will be required to the contractor awarded the project. Award will be made to the lowest or best proposal bidder and the right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. The successful contractor will be required to execute an affidavit that they are not delinquent in the payment of personal property taxes at the time of the award of the contract. The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of proper officials is to the best interest of the Board.
