Renovation of a municipal facility in Dardanelle, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for ADA restroom renovations in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners. Bid for General Contractors Yell County Courthouse ADA Restroom Renovations 106 Union Street Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834 Each contractors bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Arkansas in the sum of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid. The bid bond will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder upon request when the award is made to the successful bidder and the contract has been signed and the performance and labor and material payment bonds have been executed. A Performance and Payment bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount shall be required from the successful bidder.
