Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project consists of the alteration and renovation affecting approximately 40,000 sq. ft. portion of an existing two-story building on 12000 East Skelly Drive in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This involves general construction new metal studs and gyp. board walls new, rated walls, interior aluminum and glass storefronts, new exterior aluminum & glass front entries, new sidewalk entry approaches as well as new concrete ramps and landing at the existing parking lot, and new exterior canopy. The scope also involves electrical modifications, new lighting, mechanical ductwork and diffuser modifications, capping existing emergency showers and eye wash plumbing fixtures. Bid Packages: 1.
