Professional Architectural and/or Engineering Services for Renovation and Improvements Design of the New Harris County Sheriff's Office Patrol Station for the Office of the County Engineer Harris County Office of the Purchasing Agent is seeking professional firms with the experience, capabilities, and qualified available staff to provide architectural and/or engineering for renovations and improvements design services for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Station located at 13103 FM 1960 Rd., W., Houston, TX 77065. Harris County is seeking multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering professional services for the design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services to renovate an existing 31,827 square-feet (sf) two (2) story building to function as a new patrol station for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) located at 13103 FM 1960 Rd W in Houston, TX. The remodeled building will ultimately accommodate 250-300 officers over the next fifty (50) to one-hundred (100) years. It will feature interview rooms, administrative offices, training and conference rooms, public meeting rooms, break rooms, exercise rooms, and locker facilities. The new substation will serve as a welcoming and inclusive space for community engagement, outreach programs, and stronger relationships between the HCSO and the residents of the County.
