Site work for a water / sewer project in Sterling, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install 15-inch bypass piping and valves necessary to isolate sewer plant influent lift station and parshall flume from existing system during times of maintenance repairs. Necessary bypass piping and valves to be installed between Manhole B and City manhole access. The contract resulting from this procurement will have an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of the parties and ending on 6/30/2025. Bid Firm Time: Vendor's Bid must remain firm for 120days from opening This contract shall be construed in accordance with and is subject to the laws and rules of the State of Illinois. Except as specifically waived in writing, failure by a Party to exercise or enforce a right does not waive that Partys right to exercise or enforce that or other rights in the future
