Volume B: Civil Package & Volume C: Architectural Package Link Rapid Transit Said Construction generally consists of Grading, Aggregate Base, Plant Mixed Bituminous Pavement, Concrete Pavement, Concrete Curb & Gutter, ADA Improvements, Sidewalk, Driveway, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Signing and Striping, Signal Lighting, Street Lighting, Local Bus Stop Shelter, BRT Platforms and Foundations & Technology, Landscaping and Related Appurtenances, Bridge Enhancements and Modifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% the amount of the bid, which amount shall be forfeited to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to them shall fail to enter into the contract so let; the Common Council reserving the right to reject any and all bids. A Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of the contract by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota will be required with the contract. (Personal bonds will not be accepted.
