Inglewood Lane: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the installation of 602 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk, 69 SY of 6" concrete sidewalk, 200 SY of concrete for driveway aprons, 300 SY modular block retaining wall, 2 concrete curb ramps, erosion control, traffic control and setting up detour, and other pertinent items including seeding and restoration. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
