Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dennis, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a golf course; and for site work for a manufacturing facility.
Town of Dennis, Acting Through the Town Administrator's Office, is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Bidders to Retain the Services of Designer for the Dennis Highlands and Dennis Pines Golf Course Cart Barn Renovation Project. The golf course facilities are looking to upgrade and expand both existing cart barns to accommodate for new electric golf carts (75 at Dennis Highlands and 70 at Dennis Pines). The Town of Dennis Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Bidding, and to Make the Award as May Be Determined in the Best Interests of the Town. "an Equal Opportunity Municipality - Aa/mbe". Proposals (One Unbound Original and Nine Paper Copies, With One Electronic Version on Pdf Format on a Flash Drive) Must Be Received in a Sealed Envelope, Clearly Marked "design Services for Dennis Highlands and Dennis Pines Golf Course Cart Barns", the Fee for the Designer Services Will Be Negotiated, With a Not to Exceed Cost of $100,000. Bids Received After the Time and Date Established Herein for the Opening of Bids Shall Not Be Accepted or Considered, Regardless of the Cause for Delay in the Receipt of Such Bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
