A set of plans will be attached, the Architect is Halcyon Design, the Structural Engineer is Weeks & Associates Inc., Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing engineer is E. W.A.S. Consulting. This is a short narrative that highlights the scope of work only, it is the responsibility of the contractor to study the plans and fully understand the scope of work.
