Work consist of Mass Grading and Detention facilities and retaining walls to serve Lone Star Ridge Section 1 and 2 for Montgomery County MUD 179. Only questions submitted via email or online will be answered. Any questions submitted after 2:00 PM on Friday, December 6th will not be answered. L Squared Engineering, on behalf of Taylor Morrison for MC MUD 179, invites bids for "Master Grading and Detention for Montgomery County MUD 179 (To Serve Lone Star Ridge Phase 1-2)" project, located in City of Montgomery, Texas. Scope Of Work: The work consists of all necessary items to complete Master Grading and Detention for the Lone Star Ridge development. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS," inclusive of required Bid Bond or Bid Security. Bidders will be required to provide Payment, Maintenance, and Performance Bonds in accordance with State Law Bidders should be advised that, prior to award of any contract, the Owner reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purposes of determining the bidder's responsibility and capacity to perform the contract. Bidder shall be prepared to respond within 24 hours of such a request. This survey may include review of subcontracting agreements, financial capacity, and quality of work performed in other contracts.
