PAYMENT - The proposer shall be paid upon completion of each phase and submission of invoice and approval of acceptance by Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners, Finance Department, 101 E. James Lee Blvd, Rm 108 Crestview, FL 32536, for the prices stipulated herein for materials delivered, installed and accepted. Invoice must show contract number. Should the proposer require different payment terms, such terms must be identified in the response to this solicitation.
