Complete a turn-key project involving the design, procurement, installation, and configuration of a Honeywell Access Control system onto the Mount Holly Municipal Complex. This new system will fully replace an existing DSC access control system. It will control 24 doors total (11 existing, 13 new) and must operate with no required monthly fees preferably with on-premise management through WinPak. The system must have the ability to schedule door openings, accept a variety of authentication methods (card, fob, or phone), and be able to expand within or to other sites. The contractor shall preconfigure the system with all current users and access control zones and hand it off to the city in a ready to use state with general documentation in regard to the installation. For the following: Municipal Complex Access Control Bid Information: The Request for Proposals, that includes the bid Documents, plans, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, and other documents may be obtained from the City's point of contact or from the City's website. Delay in Award: Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating qualifications of Bidders.
