Farrand Elementary Addition & Renovation Sealed Bids for the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, 2020 Bond, PCCS EL5 - Farrand Elementary Addition & Renovation, consisting of: PCCS EL5 - Farrand Elementary Addition & Renovation Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a Bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid, payable to Plymouth-Canton Community Schools, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is secured from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid or the failure of the Bidder to enter into a Contract for performance.
