Associated work may also include temporary traffic control, erosion control, clearing & grubbing, earthwork, concrete work, paving, drainage, guide rail, guardrail, sodding, ITS, signing, pavement markings, lighting, ADA improvements, and other miscellaneous roadway improvement work as shown in the Plans for each work order. This Contract will last for a period of five years and any work order issued shall be concluded within the terms of this Contract. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to compete the work in accordance with the work plan, specifications, procedures, and terms of the Contract. The Department will not specify crew size, work methods, or equipment to provide that the desired work quality is achieved, as evaluated by the Engineer.
