Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Johns Creek, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Contractor will conduct essential repair work at up to five vehicular bridge locations within the City of Johns Creek (City), Georgia. Earlier in 2024, the City engaged Pond & Company to conduct a comprehensive inspection of these bridges, supplementing the inspections performed by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in 2021 and 2022. Questions must be asked online Deadline for Questions December 2, 2024 @ 5:00PM ET Anticipated Work Session (if needed) January 13, 2024 Anticipated Council Meeting (if needed) February 3, 2024 Anticipated NTP February 17, 2025 Completion Date March 19, 2025 City requires payment and performance bonds on projects bid over $100,000. Award of contract under $100,000 will not require bonds. All questions related to the project and documents must be asked electronically through BidNet. A response will be made prior to 72 hours of the Deadline to Submit Bid electronically via BidNet. Contact with City staff during the solicitation period is forbidden.
