Reference Number 0000368181 The scope of work includes existing site conditions and restrictions on use of the site. Abatement of hazardous materials. Demolition of existing improvements, where indicated or required to accommodate the new work. Building improvements/upgrades including new architectural shingle roof over existing (sloped) wood trusses. New TPO roof system over existing flat roof area. New windows and exterior doors. New Plumbing rough-in and new electrical exterior lighting and security. Add Alternates number one (1) through five (5) are included. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to City of Montgomery in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
