Resurface Designated Streets Council Dist 1 - The work is a public improvement in the City of Kansas City to mill and resurface with an Asphaltic Concrete overlay and otherwise repair certain designated streets indicated in the project title as directed by the Director of Public Works for Kansas City, Missouri. The items of work and the basis of payment are as listed in the Proposal. All damage to appurtenances (curbs, ADA ramps, utilities, etc.) resulting from the resurfacing operation will be repaired to current, date damage occurred, City standards at no cost to the City. All ADA ramps shall be flush after resurfacing.
