General Construction The City of Bloomington (the "City") is seeking written proposals from contractors for the restroom remodel work at 9930 Logan Ave, Bloomington MN 55437 Question Deadline: Tue Dec 3, 2024 5:00 PM (CST) All inquiries, questions, or clarifications must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date ofthis RFQ. Those inquiries, questions, or clarifications submitted after this date will not be answered. All inquiries will be responded to within three (3) business days. Inquiries and the City's response will be provided to all Contractors who acquired an RFQ through the RFQ System Bloomington is seeking quotes for general construction work at the 9930 Logan Ave Remodel project A. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete the work ofthe above contract as indicated below: Provide insurance, permits, and licenses as specified, to include compliance with applicable state and local ordinances. H+U will pull the general building permit. 3. Provide mobilizations, phasing of work, and coordination of work with other Contractors as required by the Project Construction Schedule. 4. No storage of materials is allowed within the building without approval from the Construction Manager. Storage inside the building will likely be allowed. 5. Provide coordination with the Owner, Architect and Construction Manager, and other contractors to comply with the Owner's occupancy requirements during construction. Contractors are required to meet state and local requirements for occupancy by area where applicable, and provide protection of occupied areas as required and relevant.
